Food Vendor Information:

Mark your calendars for Wine in the Woods: May 16 & 17, 2020. Come celebrate another great weekend in Howard County, filled with fabulous food, fine wine, and lively entertainment. The deadline to submit food vendor applications is December 15, 2020. See food vendor application below. Vendor fee: Food vendors will fall into 1 of 3 categories depending on size and menu options: Restaurant Row ($1,800), Side Street ($900), or Specialty Food ($400). More information: www.wineinthewoods.com Benefits to participating vendors: 1. Exposure to 30,000 market-appropriate buyers. 2. Publicity in Wine in the Woods program, web site and other media coverage. 3. Canopy/tent, tables, chairs, electrical outlets, and Ice depending on size restrictions (must meet Fire Department regulations).

Requirements:

1. All vendors must provide a general liability insurance certificate with $1,000,000 minimum coverage. 2. All Howard County and State of Maryland health and fire regulations concerning the preparation, storage and serving of food must be followed. 3. Wheeled or motorized vehicles are not allowed on site during event. Limited access to site prior to event, depending on weather. 4. Gasoline powered generators are not permitted on site.
